Star Valley flat fee MLS questions

What MLS will my Star Valley property be listed on?

Star Valley is served by Central Arizona MLS (CAAR). The MLS for your listing is confirmed from the property's exact address during broker review.

How much does a flat fee MLS listing in Star Valley cost?

For Star Valley properties, placement in Central Arizona MLS (CAAR) uses a $299 flat fee package: a six-month listing with up to 25 photos and unlimited listing changes. It replaces the regular $149 Standard or $188 Premium package — select the Flagstaff, Payson & Lake Havasu Special MLS Pricing Options at checkout. MLS eligibility is subject to brokerage confirmation, so contact us with your property address before you order.

How long will my Star Valley MLS listing remain active?

The $299 Central Arizona MLS (CAAR) package runs for 6 months. (The regular Standard package also runs 6 months; Premium runs 12 months, but neither includes Central Arizona MLS (CAAR) placement.)

Are there closing fees or commissions to us when my Star Valley home sells?

No. Your flat fee is paid once, when you order, and we add nothing at closing: no closing fees, transaction fees or success fees.

How many photos can I include with my Star Valley listing?

The $299 Central Arizona MLS (CAAR) package includes up to 25 photos. (The regular Standard package includes 25 and Premium 50, but neither includes Central Arizona MLS (CAAR) placement.)

Is Central Arizona MLS placement included in the $149 or $188 package?

No. Listing a Star Valley property in Central Arizona MLS (CAAR) uses a $299 six-month package with up to 25 photos and unlimited listing changes that replaces the $149 or $188 package at checkout — it is not an additional charge on top. MLS eligibility is subject to brokerage confirmation, so send us the address if you have any questions before you order.

How do buyers and agents contact me about my Star Valley listing?

Real estate agents see your contact information and showing instructions in the MLS and can reach you directly. Unrepresented buyers searching on consumer websites such as Zillow or Realtor.com do not see your personal contact information; those sites typically show the listing brokerage's contact information or their own inquiry forms. Buyers who call the brokerage's published number may be forwarded to you or have the call handled by the brokerage, while inquiries sent through a third-party site's own forms may go to agents on that platform.
