Once your listing information and required documents have been reviewed and approved by the listing broker, your property is entered into Momentum MLS. Most listings go live within 24–48 business hours after all required information and documents are received. Listing information is then distributed to participating real estate websites.
You coordinate showings and handle offers. Realtors can access your showing instructions and available contact information through the MLS.
For eligible Momentum properties, Standard is $149 for six months with up to 25 photos. Premium is $188 for twelve months with up to 50 photos and Open House Alerts. Listing changes are included.
