White Mountain MLS is not the exclusive MLS for every property in Navajo County. MLS service areas can overlap, and your property's exact address determines the appropriate MLS. Once your listing information and required documents have been reviewed and approved by the listing broker, your property is entered into White Mountain MLS (WMAR). Most listings go live within 24–48 business hours after all required information and documents are received. Listing information is then distributed to participating real estate websites.
You coordinate showings and handle offers. Realtors can access your showing instructions and available contact information through the MLS.
For eligible WMAR properties, Standard is $149 for six months with up to 25 photos. Premium is $188 for twelve months with up to 50 photos and Open House Alerts. Listing changes are included. These are the existing Arizona packages, not a county-wide promise of MLS placement. Confirm your address and applicable MLS with the brokerage before ordering.
