Tucson is the county seat, and the communities below offer local listing information across the metropolitan area and southern valley.
MLSSAZ is not the exclusive MLS for every property in Pima County. Service areas can overlap, and the appropriate MLS depends on your exact property address. Listing eligibility and placement require brokerage confirmation before activation. Marana extends into both Pima and Pinal Counties; its existing city page retains its Pima County and MLSSAZ assignment, rather than promising the same placement for every Marana address. Once your listing information and required documents have been reviewed and approved by the listing broker, your property is entered into MLS of Southern Arizona (MLSSAZ). Most listings go live within 24–48 business hours after all required information and documents are received. Listing information is then distributed to participating real estate websites.
You coordinate showings and handle offers. Realtors can access your showing instructions and available contact information through the MLS.
Eligible MLSSAZ listings use the existing Arizona packages: Standard at $149 for six months with up to 25 photos, or Premium at $188 for twelve months with up to 50 photos and Open House Alerts. Listing changes are included with both packages. Your property address and brokerage confirmation determine whether MLSSAZ placement is available; these prices do not imply county-wide eligibility.
